Dec 22, 2025: Belle's Picks, Player Props & Parlays 🏒🏈🏀

December 22, 2025

Today's Picks

-DET Pistons v POR Trail Blazers Over 234.5 (-110) | 0.5 Units

-VAN Canucks ML (+110) | 0.25 Units

-SF 49ers v IND Colts Under 46.0 (-110) | 0.25 Units

-SF49ers -4.5 (-110) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

DET Pistons v POR Trail Blazers: The Trail Blazers have been putting up a smorgasbord of points at home – and I don’t doubt the capabilities of the Detroit offense. Portland has put at least 115 points in the bag over their last 3 home games (and 130+ in their last 2…) That said, the Trail Blazers have also allowed at least 131 points in 3 of their last 4 outings. Despite the Pistons having one of the league’s best defenses, Portland is far more capable at home than they are on the road, and they still somehow managed 116 points in Detroit back on Dec 5th. I think the home squad puts enough on the board here to make for a high-scoring encounter. I’m on the Over to cash.

VAN Canucks v PHI Flyers: Even though no one expected them to post-Quinn Hughes trade, Vancouver has been crushing it on the road. The Canucks have won their last 4 straight road games, while the Flyers have lost 5 of their last 6 outings. I’ll happily take the underdog for plus money.

SF 49ers v IND Colts: 3 of the Colts’ last 4 games have seen totals of less than 46 – for the most part, their defense has been solid and it took a juggernaut offense like the Jacksonville Jaguars to push the game into the high 40s. Now under regular circumstances, I’d argue the Colts are a similar juggernaut, but QB Phillip Rivers is still warming up to being back on the field, and as a result, everyone is seeing the ball just a little bit less. My money’s on the Under, as well as on the 49ers to cover.

Dec 21, 2025: 3–1 on Picks 💚 Sunday Night Recap (+ Nightcap) 😌☕️

December 21, 2025

Happy Sunday night, friends 😌

Picks were good to us today — we cashed 3/4 💸! Unfortunately, our lone miss was Pick of the Day. I still can’t believe the Houston Texans let the Las Vegas Raiders keep that game so close… CJ Stroud was rough out there today 😵‍💫

For those curious, here’s how the slate shook out:

Picks (3/4)

-CIN Bengals -3.5 (-110) ✅

-CIN Bengals v MIA Dolphins Over 48.5 (-110) ✅

-LA Chargers +1.5 (-110) ✅

‍-HOU Texans -14.0 (-110) ❌

Props (2/5)

-LV Chargers v DAL Cowboys: Omarion Hampton Over 51.5 Rushing Yards (-110) ✅

-CIN Bengals v MIA Dolphins: Joe Burrow Over 263.5 Passing Yards (-110) ✅

-LV Raiders v HOU Texans: Nico Collins Anytime TD (+110) ❌

-CIN Bengals v MIA Dolphins: De'Von Achane Over 82.5 Rushing Yards (-110) ❌

-BUF Bills v CLE Browns: Josh Allen Anytime TD (-115) ❌

----

Player props were a bit shaky today (2/5), and our parlay didn’t get there — but overall, this was still a productive night thanks to Picks doing some heavy lifting.

That's all I've got for this evening, everyone. As always, I'll see you all bright and early to conquer the books.

X

Belle

Dec 21, 2025: Belle's Picks, Player Props & Parlays (Premium) 🏈🏒

December 21, 2025

Today's Picks

-HOU Texans -14.0 (-110) | 0.5 Units

-CIN Bengals -3.5 (-110) | 0.25 Units

-CIN Bengals v MIA Dolphins Over 48.5 (-110) | 0.25 Units

-LA Chargers +1.5 (-110) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

LV Raiders v HOU Texans: I’m not a fan of double digit spreads, friends – but this should be a blowout, and I expect it will get ugly quick. The Raiders are coming off a shut out loss to the Philadelphia Eagles (31-0) and I won’t be surprised if today’s encounter with the Texans yields a similar result. Houston comes into this matchup on a 6-game win streak, their defense has been elite, and their offense has been the definition of solid. The Raiders don’t stand a chance here in my opinion. My money’s on the Texans to cover at home.

CIN Bengals v MIA Dolphins: Cincinnati is going to be eager to bag a win simply because they’re coming off an embarrassing shut out. And to be frank, this is the best chance they have to show out – Tua is on the bench and Miami is dealing with plenty of uncertainty. That said, the Bengals have allowed a whopping 63 points over their last 2 outings. I think the Over cashes in spades here, but I’ll also toss a sprinkle on Cincinnati to cover.

LA Chargers v DAL Cowboys: I expect this game to have playoff vibes simply because the Chargers are still playing for something. With LA bringing their offensive A-game to the table in conjunction with their defense, I won’t be surprised if they win outright. The Cowboys have allowed a staggering 78 points in just their last two games – I’ll take the Chargers to cover.
