Dec 8, 2025: Belle's Picks 🏀🏈🏒

December 9, 2025

Today's Picks

-TB Lightning v TOR Maple Leafs Over 6.5 (-115) | 0.5 Units

-PHI Eagles v LA Chargers Over 41.5 (-110) | 0.25 Units

-MIN Timberwolves -8.0 (-110) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

TB Lightning v TOR Maple Leafs: The last 5 straight meetings between these two teams have cashed the Over, friends. That’s an overwhelming statistic – and a trend that I imagine continues tonight based on how Toronto’s offense has looked lately. The Maple Leafs have scored 18 goals in their last 4 outings, and with Tampa averaging 3.36 goals per game this season, I don’t doubt this will be a high-scoring affair. Take the Over to hit.

PHX Suns v MIN Timberwolves: The Suns just have too many injuries going into this game for me to like them to cover (and on the road, no less). In addition, the one component of their starting 5 that keeps me interested (Dillon Brooks) is now listed as Questionable to play this evening. Minnesota is just too dominant at home for me to entertain a Phoenix cover in their current state – I’m on the Timberwolves to bag a comfortable victory.

PHI Eagles v LA Chargers: I don’t love the way either of these offenses have looked, but this game should fly Over 41.5 in my opinion. The Chargers have put at least 25 points on the board in 4 of their last 5 games, and I don’t like either team’s defense enough right now to think either squad will hold the other to less than 20 points. To boot, I imagine the Eagles will be hellbent on bagging a victory after back-to-back losses (…to the Cowboys and the Bears). I’m on the Over to hit here.

Dec 7, 2025: Belle's Pick of the Day 🛎️

December 8, 2025

-SEA Seahawks v ATL Falcons Over 44.0 (-110) | 0.5 Units

Why This Pick?

The lines for this game don’t make a ton of sense in my opinion – but hey, I'll bite. The Falcons have put at least 23 points on the board in 4 of their last 5 games, and the Seahawks have put at least 26 in the bag in 4 of their last 5. I know Seattle’s defense has been formidable at home (they shut Minnesota out 26-0 last week…) but they’re not nearly as unshakeable on the road. This total should fall comfortably beyond 44.0 – I’m on the Over to hit.

Dec 7, 2025: Belle's Picks, Player Props & Parlays (Premium) 🏈🏒

December 8, 2025

Today's Picks

-SEA Seahawks v ATL Falcons Over 44.0 (-110) | 0.5 Units

-IND Colts v JAX Jaguars Over 45.0 (-110) | 0.25 Units

-CAR Hurricanes -1.5 (-120) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

SEA Seahawks v ATL Falcons: The lines for this game don’t make a ton of sense in my opinion – but hey, I'll bite.

IND Colts v JAX Jaguars: The Colts offense just has far too much potential for me to back a low-scoring game this afternoon. Indianapolis has gone cold this last couple of weeks, but this encounter could easily be the highest scoring game of the day if the right pieces turn up. Teams have been finding ways to smother Jonathan Taylor, but I have to imagine that by now, Indianapolis will have a back up plan for him being (potentially…) occupied. On the other side, Jacksonville has put at least 25 points on the board in their last 3 straight outings. My money’s on the Over to cash.

SJ Sharks v CAR Hurricanes: The Sharks have hit a particularly rough skid it seems, friends; their last 2 games were a tough watch, and I just can’t see them hanging on against Carolina. I know the Canes are on a back-to-back here, but they undoubtedly play their best hockey at home (last night’s game was also on their own ice). I’m on Carolina to cover.

Dec 6, 2025: Post-Game Recap, 4–0 Going Into the 3rd… What Could Go Wrong? 😅

December 6, 2025

Above Gif: Me, watching the Nashville Predators play defense (or no defense at all!) tonight.

Tonight was fairly uneventful, friends – Player Props cashed 2/3, picks cashed 1/3. That said, I'm saltier than I should be about Pick of the Day.

In case you missed it, let me paint you a picture 🙃 The Hurricanes went into the 3rd period 4–0 — sitting pretty, everything under control, game script exactly where we wanted it. At this point, worst case, I figured we might walk away with a Push. And then…the Predators decided to turn on some offense, and that "defense" was somehow even more optional than it had been the two periods prior. The result? Which, resulted in a five-goal explosion in a single period. No joke, final score 6-3.

*ahem*

As for the rest of our slate, here's how we did:

Player Props (2/3)

-NO Pelicans v BKN Nets: Michael Porter Jr Over 26.5 Points (-115) ✅

-NO Pelicans v BKN Nets: Nicolas Claxton Over 12.5 Assists & Rebounds (-120) ✅

-NSH Predators v CAR Hurricanes: Andrei Svechnikov Over 2.5 Shots On Goal (-125) ❌

Picks (1/3)

-LA Clippers v MIN Timberwolves Under 228.0 (-110) ✅

-NAS Predators v CAR Hurricanes Under 6.0 (-110) ❌

-NO Pelicans v BKN Nets Over 227.5 (-110) ❌

One comical observation – Carolina put 6 goals on the board and Svechnikov couldn't bang out 3 SOG?! Wildly unusual for him. I am however thrilled that both NBA props hit this evening 👊🏽

Alright everyone, that's all for tonight 😴 As always, I'll see you bright and early to conquer the books.

X

Belle

Dec 6, 2025: Belle's Picks, Player Props & Parlays (Premium)🏒🏀

December 6, 2025

Today's Picks

-NAS Predators v CAR Hurricanes Under 6.0 (-110) | 0.5 Units

-NO Pelicans v BKN Nets Over 227.5 (-110) | 0.25 Units

-LA Clippers v MIN Timberwolves Under 228.0 (-110) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

NAS Predators v CAR Hurricanes: This is a bold pick, I know – especially given how capable the Hurricanes can be at home. That said, Juuse Saros has held opponents to just 1-goal/piece in his last two outings – this dude is dialled at the moment. Meanwhile, Carolina has (surprisingly!) only bagged 1 goal in each of their last 2 outings, 2 goals or fewer in 4 of their last 5, and their last 5 straight games have seen 6 goals or less. Call me crazy, but I’m on the Under to cash here.

*Note: Keep your eyes peeled for confirmation that Saros gets the start.

NO Pelicans v BKN Nets: The Pelicans are simply putting way too many points on the board right now for me to entertain a low-scoring affair. The Over has cashed in 5 of their last 6 outings, and the Nets’ defense is nothing to write home about. This game should fall North of 227.5, friends – take the Over to hit.

LA Clippers v MIN Timberwolves: The last 8 straight meetings between these two teams have seen less than 228 points. This is an overwhelming statistic, and I don’t doubt this trend continues. The Clippers have dropped 6 of their last 7 games, and I’m in no rush to toss money on their offensive to deliver. Take the Under to hit.
