Nov 7, 2025: Belle’s Pick of the Day 🛎️

November 13, 2025

-TOR Raptors v ATL Hawks Over 236.0 (-110) | 0.5 Units

Why This Pick?

4 of the last 5 meetings between these two squads have cashed the Over – and they should do so again with ease this evening. Not only have the Raptors struggled immensely on defense, but both of these offenses love to play at a breakneck pace. Toronto & Atlanta have each put at least 117 points on the board in 3 of their last 4 outings, and I imagine this encounter will be a close one. My money’s on this matchup to go Over 236.

Nov 6, 2025: What Keeps Me Motivated? 🤓☕️

November 6, 2025

I’ve been getting this question a lot lately —

“When you sports bet for a living, what keeps you motivated?”

So I figured I’d answer it over my second coffee today ☕️

I’m just going to state the obvious:

Sports betting isn’t nearly as fun when you’re not winning.

A lot of people (myself included) love the thrill — it makes every game feel bigger. But I can’t stress this enough:

Money can’t be the only part of sports betting you enjoy.

For me, I genuinely love digging into stats, analytics, and all the factors around a game. Roster changes, travel schedules, weather, match-up history — it’s all fun to unpack.

Honestly, I think the cornerstone of being a great bettor is having zero team loyalty. I don’t get crushed when “my team” loses, or overconfident when they win.

It keeps me balanced and stops me from chasing losses on a team that statistically just… isn’t it.

Money is, of course, a motivator — I’m not going to pretend it’s not.

But these days, my biggest motivator is this community.

Sappy, I know — but it’s true.

When things go well, I love delivering results.

And when they don’t, I love hearing your thoughts on what I missed or could’ve accounted for. Not to toot my own horn, but I know I’m a good bettor — growing & contributing to this community undoubtedly makes me a better one :)

When I first started growing my bankroll, my motivator was simple:

I did NOT want to work a 9–5.

As risky as betting is, I felt like I was flushing more than a bankroll down the drain working my ass off for someone else. I’d rather take responsibility for my wins and my losses if it means owning my time.

Now Belle’s Picks is my full-time gig.

And yes — the bulk of my “job” is done once the picks go out.

But I choose to extend my day watching the games, chatting with you, brainstorming new tools, and finding more ways to provide value.

If you’re on the journey of growing a bankroll, the two biggest things I can recommend:

1) PAY YOURSELF.

After a win (or after X wins), pull a little profit for YOU.
It’s the easiest reminder of why you’re doing this.

2) INVEST IN YOURSELF.

I can honestly say I never have a problem spending money on things that make ME more valuable – especially in this game where every edge counts for something. In my case, investing back into “Belle’s Picks” allows me to provide better resources for others, and allows me to work smarter (not harder…) for myself.

Investing in yourself is an expense you’ll never regret – the returns made on this type of investment are, truly, endless.

So…

What keeps me motivated?

Why do I stay in the betting game?

All of the above.

X
Belle

Nov 6, 2025: Belle's Picks, Player Props & Parlays (Premium) 🏒🏈

November 6, 2025

Today's Picks

-DEN Broncos -9.0 (-110) | 0.5 Units

-LV Raiders v DEN Broncos Over 43.0 (-110) | 0.25 Units

-BUF Sabres 3-Way ML (+115) | 0.25 Units

-ANA Ducks v DAL Stars Over 6.5 (-110) (alternate total) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

LV Raiders v DEN Broncos: The only two victories the Las Vegas Raiders have so far this season have been at home, friends – and 4 of the 6 losses they’ve taken have been by at least 10 points. These two squads are moving in two completely different directions, and with the Broncos sitting at 7-2, I expect them to win by double digits at home against a struggling visitor (despite this being a divisional matchup). To be frank, I can’t imagine a universe where the Raiders find a way to break through the Broncos’ defense; give me Denver to cover. As far as the total goes, the Over cashed in both of last year’s meetings between these two; I think the Broncos will put enough on the board to see this game fall on the North side of 43. I’ll also toss a sprinkle on the Over to hit.

STL Blues v BUF Sabres: I can’t think of a better spot to place a wager on the Sabres. The Blues come into this game with Joel Hofer (5.02 GAA) goaltending, as a visitor, and on a back-to-back. If Buffalo doesn’t lock down a regulation win here, I’d be stunned. With every advantage at their disposal, take the Sabres to bag a victory without the need for OT.

ANA Ducks v DAL Stars: I’m taking a slight alternate here, as I do think this game hits 7 goals. 4 of the last 5 meetings between these two teams have seen at least 6 goals, and despite tonight’s very capable goaltenders, the Ducks offense has been on fire. Anaheim has scored 16 goals in just their last 3 outings, and I don’t doubt that Dallas will put a few on the board here. I’ve gotta put my money on the Over to cash.

November 6, 2025

Nov 5, 2025: Belle's Picks, Player Props & Parlays (Premium) 🏀🏒

November 6, 2025

Today's Picks

-NY Knicks -3.5 (-115) | 0.5 Units

-HOU Rockets -7.5 (-110) | 0.25 Units

-SEA Kraken 3-Way ML (-105) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

MIN Timberwolves v NY Knicks: The Knicks are a solid 4-0 at home against the spread, friends – it’s hard to contend with a stat like that. Comically, New York has lost all of their away games, but every single one of their home wins has been by at least 8 points and over some formidable teams. On the other side, the Timberwolves have fared well in their last two road outings, but against teams that pale in comparison to both the offense and defense of the New York Knicks. In addition, it looks like Minnesota is still without Anthony Edwards this evening. My money’s on the home team to cover the spread.

HOU Rockets v MEM Grizzlies: Whether they’re playing on the road or at home, the Grizzlies have left way too much to be desired for me to want to put money on them. Meanwhile, Houston has won their last 4 straight games by at least 8 points. I’ll be surprised if they don’t claim victory by double digits here. I’m on the Rockets to cover.

SJ Sharks v SEA Kraken: Seattle has every advantage in this matchup – the better defense, offense, the home advantage, and the better goaltender (assuming Grubauer gets the start opposite Askarov). Hungry as the Sharks have been lately, both of their road wins have required OT and a sizeable total – a luxury I don’t think they’ll get against Seattle. My money’s on the Kraken to win this game in regulation.
