Jan 23, 2026: Belle's Picks, Player Props & Parlays (Premium) 🏒🏀

January 25, 2026

Today's Picks

-PHX Suns v ATL Hawks Over 233.5 (-110) | 0.5 Units

-PHX Suns -3.5 (-110) | 0.25 Units

-BOS Celtics -8.5 (-110) | 0.25 Units

-NJ Devils v VAN Canucks Over 6.0 (-110) | 0.25 Units

-ANA Ducks ML (-105) | 0.25

Why These Picks?

PHX Suns v ATL Hawks: This is a bold pick – but stay with me. The last 5 straight meetings between these two squads have also fallen North of 233.5 – and while I have a tough time seeing Atlanta putting up enough points to cash this total in their current form, they’ve also won their last 10 straight home games against the Suns. And, to be fair, Atlanta is coming off a road game in which they put 124 points on the board. Phoenix has been an absolute cash cow as of late, and if the Hawks hang around and keep this close the way sports book thinks they will, I don’t doubt this game sees the high 230s. The stats for this pick are overwhelming, friends – I’ve gotta take the Over to cash.

BOS Celtics v BKN Nets: Watching the Nets play the Knicks has me traumatized. In what was easily their worst loss of the season, New York stomped Brooklyn by a whopping 54 points. I know this loss shouldn’t define their entire season and all of their capabilities, but I certainly don’t doubt Boston pulling off a win here by double digits either. The Celtics have won 9 of their last 10 games against Brooklyn, and the Nets have only won 2 of their last 10 games. My money’s on the visitors to cover.

NJ Devils v VAN Canucks: The Canucks last 3 outings have seen at least 6 goals, and while the Devils haven’t necessarily been scoring machines, they have won 4 of their last 5 games. To boot, 8 of the last 9 meetings between these two teams have seen at least 6 goals – I’ll toss a sprinkle on the Over to cash.

ANA Ducks v SEA Kraken: Anaheim has won their last 5 games in a row, and after watching them take down the Avalanche in Colorado, I simply have to give them the benefit of the doubt against the Kraken who has won just 2 of their last 8 games. With Lukas Dostal in net this evening, I’m on the Ducks to bag a win.

Hey friends,

It’s been a while since I’ve done a voice check in. I figured now would be a great time because there are quite a few new faces in the community!

For those of you that are new here, welcome to Belle’s Picks! I’m Belle, and I’m a full-time sports bettor and analyst.

Guys, I’ve gotta talk about the trials and tribulations of this past week — holy, hockey has been a rollercoaster! Tough as picks have been, props & parlays are keeping the bankroll alive, friends 😮‍💨 I nearly jumped out of my skin with joy when last night’s parlay cashed.

That said, from now until the end of January — let’s lock in, because I’m getting us out of this month in the green regardless of which tier you’re on 😌💚

On another note, I’ve been working on a ton of new, fun things on this side to improve the Belle’s Picks community for everyone — a big thanks if you filled out the survey I sent out it too long ago! Honestly there were so many great suggestions, and a number of you wrote some really nice compliments — fun fact, never opposed to those.

🌟 FYI: Pick of the Day will now post at 10AM Pacific Standard Time (1:00 PM EST). I can’t tell you how many DMs I get every morning asking when Pick of the Day is dropping. So for everyone’s benefit, it’ll now post at the same time every single day!

I also want to say that I’m so excited to report that I’m finally nearly done our 2025 picks record and recap. This sucker has been a labor of love...let me tell you. While I’m completing my actual record itself, I’m also doing a breakdown and overview of some interesting trends that I discovered over the course of the year.

For 2026, I’ll do my best to make sure each month’s record is posted on the 1st of the following month (I know, I know! New year, new me – okay?) 2025 was full of growth and change in the community and it got so tough to keep up with. That said, I can whole-heartedly tell you that doing it all later in the year was a far worse decision – it’s a miracle I’m not cross-eyed at this point 😂

Lastly, a friendly reminder betting community to please, please adhere to your unit sizes! Sticking to your units is what will ultimately get you through volatility.

As always, thanks a million for being here and for telling your friends that being here is worth it! 😌

Enjoy the rest of tonight’s games, and let’s take the books to the cleaners.

X

Today's Picks

-LA Clippers ML (-110) | 0.5 Units

-BUF Sabres v MTL Canadiens Over 6.5 (-120) | 0.5 Units

-DAL Stars v CLB Blue Jackets Over 6.5 (+100) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

BUF Sabres v MTL Canadiens: The Canadiens have cashed the Over in 4 of their last 5 outings, while the Sabres have cashed it in 8 of their last 9. Both of these teams have been far too efficient at scoring lately for me to entertain a low-scoring affair. To boot, their last 6 straight meetings have seen at least 6 goals. I’m on the Over to hit.

LA Lakers v LA Clippers: The Clippers have been playing great basketball over the last month, and to be frank, I haven’t trusted the Lakers to consistently deliver all season. The Lakers have lost 3 of their last 4 road games to some pretty lukewarm teams, while the Clippers have won 7 of their last 10 games and covered in 6 of their last 9. In addition, the Lakers played the Clippers just a month ago and lost by a staggering 15 points. I’ll take the home squad to bag a win here.

DAL Stars v CLB Blue Jackets: The Blue Jackets have put at least 3 goals on the board in 4 of their last 5 games, and it seems the Stars have remembered how to score again (about time!) In addition, 4 of the last 5 meetings between these two have comfortably cashed the Over. I like both offenses to show up here, so I’ll toss a sprinkle on a high-scoring affair for plus money.
