The Blackhawks are on a day’s rest and at home, so I don’t expect them to get shutout by any stretch. I'm tossing a wager on the Over to cash (especially with Kevin Lankinen in net...) and despite Vancouver playing this game on a back to back, they’re fresh off a win over the Dallas Stars. I say they carry that momentum into tonight’s game. I’m on Vancouver and their offense to snag a victory without the need for OT.

Regardless of how many penalties I think they may rack up tonight, their ability to convert during a 5 on 4 has been less than “mid”. Two, the Sharks have lost all of their games so far this season, and I fully expect tonight to deliver yet another with Yaroslav Askarov in goal (6.93 GAA). I’ll take the Under to cash, but I’ll also snag the Mammoth to cover the PL.

The Mammoth also have a number of advantages in today’s meeting – including (but certainly not limited to…) the fact that they’re at home and Calgary will be playing on a back to back. Having not scored more than 2 goals per game in their last 3 straight outings (and losing those same 3 by at least 2…), I think it’d be tough for the Flames to snag a win here. My money’s on the Mammoth to cover the PL.
