Oct 17, 2025: Belle's Picks & Player Props 🏒⚾️

October 17, 2025

Today's Picks

-VAN Canucks 3-Way ML (+100) | 0.5 Units

-VAN Canucks v CHI Blackhawks Over 6.0 (-110) | 0.5 Units

-SJ Sharks v UTA Mammoth Under 6.5 (-120) | 0.25 Units

-UTA Mammoth -1.5 (+105) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

VAN Canucks v CHI Blackhawks: The Blackhawks have lost their last 5 straight games to the Canucks in regulation. Chicago had a great outing against the St. Louis Blues a couple days ago, but Vancouver is an entirely different beast in my opinion. The Blackhawks are on a day’s rest and at home, so I don’t expect them to get shutout by any stretch. I'm tossing a wager on the Over to cash (especially with Kevin Lankinen in net...) and despite Vancouver playing this game on a back to back, they’re fresh off a win over the Dallas Stars. I say they carry that momentum into tonight’s game. I’m on Vancouver and their offense to snag a victory without the need for OT.

SJ Sharks v UTA Mammoth: This set of picks really boils down to a couple of painful truths – one, the Utah Mammoth have been terrible on a Power Play. Regardless of how many penalties I think they may rack up tonight, their ability to convert during a 5 on 4 has been less than “mid”. Two, the Sharks have lost all of their games so far this season, and I fully expect tonight to deliver yet another with Yaroslav Askarov in goal (6.93 GAA). I’ll take the Under to cash, but I’ll also snag the Mammoth to cover the PL.

-MIL Brewers v LA Dodgers: Freddie Freeman Over 1.5 Total Bases (+115) | 0.20 Units

-TOR Blue Jays v SEA Mariners: George Springer Over 1.5 Total Bases (+110) | 0.20 Units

Oct 16, 2025: Post-Game Recap (+ Nightcap) 💰☕️

October 17, 2025

Today was a good one, friends – Picks hit 2/3 and Player Props cashed 2/3! In short: we made money tonight 💸😌 I actually played two bigger value picks this evening in the event that POTD was a bust, and as a result, we remain profitable 😉 That said, I'm not thrilled that Pick of the Day was our miss. For those curious, here's what we had:

Picks (2/3)

-VAN Canucks v DAL Stars Over 6.0 (-115) ✅

-COL Avalanche 3-Way ML (-105) ✅

-EDM Oilers 3-Way ML (-110) ❌

Player Props (2/3)

-PIT Steelers v CIN Bengals: Ja'Marr Chase Anytime TD (+130) ✅

-PIT Steelers v CIN Bengals: Aaron Rodgers Over 29.5 Pass Attempts (-115) ✅

‍-PIT Steelers v CIN Bengals: D.K. Metcalf Anytime TD (+135) ❌

---

That Steelers/Bengals game turned into a total shoot out; 60+ points for that matchup is wild! Though the Bengals defense is notoriously abysmal, so I suppose I shouldn't be too shocked (lol).

The Oilers were a real let down this evening, but it's been a good week so far for Pick of the Day; I won't dwell. Free tier friends, we'll bounce back tomorrow 😊

Lastly, I know we didn't have any picks on this game today, but I have to say it: HOW ABOUT THEM BLUE JAYS?! Holy shit, guys – we have a series! I'm so excited it hurts. Fun fact: I'll be rolling out some fun post-season contests shortly for everyone's entertainment! Keep your eyes peeled ;)

Alright, that's all I've got for tonight! Enjoy the rest of your evening and as always, I'll see you all bright and early to conquer the books.

X

Belle

Oct 16, 2025: Belle's Picks, Player Props & Parlays (Premium) 🏒🏈⚾️

October 17, 2025

Today's Picks

-EDM Oilers 3-Way ML (-110) | 0.5 Units

-VAN Canucks v DAL Stars Over 6.0 (-115) | 0.5 Units

-COL Avalanche 3-Way ML (-105) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

EDM Oilers v NY Islanders: I am whole-heartedly on the Oilers to win this meeting without the need for OT, friends. The NY Islanders have lost all 3 of their outings so far this season, and to be frank, their offense doesn’t look like anything I want to put money behind having failed to deliver against far worse teams. To boot, New York will be starting their backup Goalie this evening (David Rittich). Edmonton’s offense is arguably the stronger contender; the Oilers have won 2 of their last 3 games. I’m on the visitors to win this matchup in regulation.

VAN Canucks v DAL Stars: With the Dallas Stars quite literally putting 5 goals per game on the board so far this season, I think a high-scoring affair is inevitable. If the home squad continues to uphold their set standard, this leaves very little work for the Canucks to do. In addition, Dallas will be starting their backup goaltender (Casey DeSmith).  I’m on the Over to hit.

COL Avalanche v CLB Blue Jackets: The Avalanche look elite early this season. Having won 3 of the 4 games they’ve played so far, I can’t say I consider the Blue Jackets to be a daunting opponent for a stacked Avs offense. Honestly, a return of -105 seems like a steal for Colorado to bag a regulation win, especially since none of their victories so far have required OT. I’ll happily take the visitors to find success in 60 minutes.

October 15, 2025

Today's Picks

-UTA Mammoth -1.5 (+110) | 0.5 Units

-STL Blues -1.5 (+105) | 0.25 Units

-CHI Blackhawks v STL Blues Under 6.0 (-120) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

CGY Flames v UTA Mammoth: The Flames have lost all 3 of their last encounters with Utah by at least 2 goals. The Mammoth also have a number of advantages in today’s meeting – including (but certainly not limited to…) the fact that they’re at home and Calgary will be playing on a back to back. Having not scored more than 2 goals per game in their last 3 straight outings (and losing those same 3 by at least 2…), I think it’d be tough for the Flames to snag a win here. My money’s on the Mammoth to cover the PL.

CHI Blackhawks v STL Blues: With the Blues coming off of two solid road wins, I like their chances at home on a day of rest against the Blackhawks. While I do think Chicago manages to pull off some sneaky wins on their own ice, they’ve lost both of their road games so far this season, and they’ve lost their last 5 straight encounters with St. Louis (4 of which were losses by at least 2 goals). Give me the Blues to cover the PL and the Under to cash.
