Fast forward to last week, the Colts defense got absolutely dismantled by the 49ers (final score was 48-27…), and I have a feeling the Jaguars will be able to accomplish the same here. The Over has cashed in Jacksonville’s last 3 straight games and in the last 6 straight meetings between these two squads – today will be no different. Take the Over to hit and the Jags to cover.

TB Buccaneers v MIA Dolphins: The Dolphins defense is no where near good enough for this total to stay Under 45 in my opinion. And, while their offense obviously has its struggles, RB De’Von Achane runs the ball far too efficiently for Miami not to contribute to this total in a meaningful way at home. Neither one of these squads is a part of the post-season conversation, but this is a very good opportunity for Tampa Bay to try and save face, run through the Dolphins’ defense and put a win on the board. My money’s on the Over to cash here.

The Heat have lost 8 of their last 10 outings, and they’ve only put more than 116 points on the board once in their last 9 games. That said, despite losing their last 4 straight, Atlanta has put at least 120 points on the board in 4 of their last 5 outings – no doubt they’re the reason for the astronomical total line. Back in October, these two met and needed OT just to reach the high-230s. In fact, none of the last 10 meetings between these two squads have touched 248. Give me the Under.

PHI 76ers v CHI Bulls: The 76ers have lost their last 3 straight meetings with Chicago, and the Bulls seem to be on quite the tear right now having won 5 of their last 6 games. Chicago has had little issue scoring this past week, having put at least 126 points in the bag in each of their last 4 outings. At the time of writing, the 76ers have a number of ‘Questionable’ key players on the IL (give that list a look before game time…) but I like the Bulls to pull off the cover here, and I won’t be surprised if they win outright.
