Good morning, all! And Happy Friday :) Before I send out today's picks, I wanted to do a little recap of yesterday. Overall, pretty uneventful (lol) – picks went 2/4, props went 1/3, and our parlay was a miss. Not our best day after the fire week we've had, but certainly not the worst. 😌

I will say, I was absolutely fuming over that Seattle Mariners result. The Minnesota Twins went into BEAST mode once the bullpen came in; I walked away from the TV for all of 5 minutes to make a coffee when it was 3-0 – I came back to 10-0! Unbelievable. I'll never understand how a team leaves a pitcher in to get blown up to the tune of TEN RUNS? Geez...

As a result, 'Pick of the Day' was a bust. Every once in a while, something so insane happens in a baseball game that I can't even be mad at the loss – that relief pitcher certainly qualifies as "something so insane". 😂 Let's walk it off friends, today's a new day!

To boot, starter Tampa Bay starter Shane Baz has been awesome on the road, and the Rays have won his last 5 straight starts. On the other side, 4 of Kansas City starter Michael Lorenzen’s (4.81 ERA) last 5 outings have all seen final totals over at least 11. It’s bold, but I’m on the Rays to sweep and on the Over to cash.

The Athletics v DET Tigers: The Tigers were unusually shutout yesterday – I simply don't think that'll be the case here with Jeffrey Springs (4.24 ERA) on the mound. I fully expect Detroit to clap back in spades and put at least 5 runs on the board here. Take the Team Total Over.

To boot, 3 of the last 4 encounters between these two squads have cashed the Over – and while we know the Blue Jays offense has been firing on all cylinders, Cleveland doesn’t seem to have an issue putting runs on the board against Toronto either (despite their losing result yesterday).
