Aug 10, 2025: Belle's Picks, Player Props & Parlays ⚾️

August 11, 2025

Today's Picks

-KC Royals ML (-105) | 0.25 Units

-HOU Astros v NY Yankees Over 9.0 (-105) | 0.25 Units

-MIA Marlins v ATL Braves Over 8.5 (-105) | 0.25 Units

-LA Angels v DET Tigers Over 9.0 (-120) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

KC Royals v MIN Twins: I’ve gotta go with the underdog here – the Royals have a clear advantage in starting pitcher Ryan Bergert (2.83 ERA) this afternoon, and I have a feeling the Twins will turn to their bullpen early with Jose Urena (5.24 ERA) on the mound.

HOU Astros v NY Yankees: This might be an unpopular opinion, but this is a high-scoring game in my mind. Max Fried (2.78 ERA) has allowed 10 runs over his last 3 starts, and the Over has cashed in 4 of his last 5 outings. On the other side, Houston will start Relief Pitcher Jason Alexander (5.97 ERA) who's also seen the Over hit in 4 of his last 5 outings. How soon the Astros turn to the rest of their BP here also makes me lean towards a bigger total (Alexander could pitch anywhere from 3-6 innings...). My money’s on a high-scoring affair.

MIA Marlins v ATL Braves: The Braves will start Joey Wentz (5.34 ERA) who is technically a relief pitcher, but has pitched between 4-6 innings over his last 4 starts. Having said that, the Over has cashed in spades in 4 of his last 5 outings; I think today’s game follows suit. Take the Over to hit.

LA Angels v DET Tigers: All 5 of Casey Mize’s (3.50 ERA) last starts have seen a final score of at least 9 runs. On the other side, 4 of  Angels starter Jack Kochanowicz’s (5.85 ERA) last 5 outings have seen the Over cash. I think both offenses put at least 4 runs on the board here; my money’s on the Over.

Aug 10, 2025: Belle’s Pick of the Day 🛎️

August 10, 2025

-PHI Phillies v TEX Rangers: Zack Wheeler Over 7.5 Strikeouts (-105) | 0.5 Units

Why This Pick?

Phillies starter Zack Wheeler (2.64 ERA) has been the definition of reliable on the mound, friends. Wheeler has cleared 8 strikeouts in 9 of his last 10 starts. And, not to get super particular on you, but Texas currently has 985 strikeouts over their last 118 games (roughly 8.34 Ks / game). My money is undoubtedly on Wheeler to deliver again this evening against the Rangers.

Aug 9, 2025: Epic Night! Prop Sweep (4/4) & Profit 💸🧹

August 11, 2025

Tonight was an amazing one, friends! 🎉 Where do I start – we hit 4/4 Player Props (half of which kicked back plus money!), 'Pick of the Day' cashed, and our single picks hit 3/5! In short, we made a nice bucket of change this evening 💰 For those curious, here's what we had:

Player Props (4/4)

-CLE Guardians v CHI White Sox: Sean Burke Over 4.5 Strikeouts (+100) ✅

-The Athletics v BAL Orioles: Tyler Soderstrom Over 1.5 Total Bases (+140) ✅

-The Athletics v BAL Orioles: Nick Kurtz Over 1.5 Total Bases (-115) ✅

-PHI Phillies v TEX Rangers: Jacob deGrom Over 6.5 Strikeouts (-120) ✅

Picks (3/5)

-The Athletics Team Total Over 4.5 (-115) ✅

-BOS Red Sox v SD Padres Over 7.5 (-120) ✅

-MIA Marlins v ATL Braves Over 8.5 (-105) (GAME 2) ✅

-BOS Red Sox ML (+125) ❌

-CLE Guardians v CHI White Sox Over 8.5 (-115) ❌

---

I have to admit, I was really hoping the Red Sox would pull off the comeback – once we went into extra innings, I thought they had it in the bag! Unfortunately that Padres HR in the bottom of extras also tanked tonight's parlay. Thankfully, we came out of the day sooooo green regardless 😉👊🏽

Alright friends, that's all I've got for this evening. A big congrats on your bag of money, and as always, I'll see you all bright and early to conquer the books!

Aug 9, 2025: Belle's Picks, Player Props & Parlays (Premium) ⚾️

August 9, 2025

Today's Picks

-The Athletics Team Total Over 4.5 (-115) | 0.25 Units

-CLE Guardians v CHI White Sox Over 8.5 (-115) | 0.25 Units

-BOS Red Sox v SD Padres Over 7.5 (-120) | 0.25 Units

-BOS Red Sox ML (+125) | 0.25 Units

-MIA Marlins v ATL Braves Over 8.5 (-105) (GAME 2) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

The Athletics v BAL Orioles: While The Athletics are rolling with a bullpen game this evening, I do think it’s their offense that will bag the most runs. 4 of Baltimore pitcher Brandon Young’s (5.88 ERA) last 5 starts have resulted in their opponents putting at least 5 runs on the board. To boot, Young has allowed a staggering 29 hits over his last 5 games, and I fully expect the visiting squad to take advantage. My money’s on the As to bag at least 5 runs today.

CLE Guardians v CHI White Sox: 4 of Joey Cantillo's (4.37 ERA) last 5 starts have seen at least 9 runs, and I have a sneaking suspicion the White Sox will get a hot start on him here. While a Chicago win against the Guardians would be a bit of an anomoly (Cleveland has won their last 4 straight encounters...) the White Sox are much better at bagging runs at home than they are on the road. I say they contribute enough to push today's total Over 8.5.

BOS Red Sox v SD Padres: The Red Sox are on fire right now, friends – and as much as I like each of today's pitchers, I think both squads will find a way to put at least 4 runs on the board. In addition, I have no desire to bet against Boston at the moment – especially since Padres starter Michael King hasn't pitched in 2 months. For these reasons, I've gotta take the Over to hit here and the Red Sox to win for plus money.

MIA Marlins v ATL Braves (GAME 2): 4 of Cardinals starter Erick Fedde's last 5 starts have seen the Over cash in spades. On the other side, Marlins pitcher Sandy Alcantara (6.44 ERA) has a staggering 8.86 ERA on the road. The tail end of this double header should be a high scoring affair, betting fam – I'm on the Over to hit.
