Aug 25, 2025: Belle's Picks ⚾️

August 30, 2025

Today's Picks

-ATL Braves v MIA Marlins Over 7.5 (-120) | 0.25 Units

-MIA Marlins Team Total Over 3.5 (-115)

-LA Angels v TEX Rangers Over 7.0 (-120) | 0.25 Units

-DET Tigers -1.5 (-120) | 0.25 Units

-DET Tigers Team Total Over 5.5 (+110) | 0.5 Units

Why These Picks?

ATL Braves v MIA Marlins: The Over has cashed in 4 of Cabrera’s last 5 starts, and 5 of the last 6 encounters between these two squads have seen at least 8 runs. With Braves starter Spencer Strider having allowed a ridiculous 20 runs in his last 3 outings, I simply have to take the Over to cash, betting family. I'll also toss a sprinkle on the Marlins to put at least 4 runs on the board.

LA Angels v TEX Rangers: Good as starter Jacob deGrom (2.76 ERA) is, 4 of his last 5 outings have see at least 7 runs. On the other side, Jose Soriano (4.00 ERA) has given up 12 runs across his last 3 outings. Worst case I say we get the push here – but my money's on the Over to cash.

DET Tigers v The Athletics: I’m rolling with the plus money return here, friends. I don’t expect the home squad to get much past Tarik Skubal (2.32 ERA), and Detroit has put at least 8 runs on the board in 3 of their last 4 encounters with the As. In addition, starter J.T. Ginn (4.95 ERA) has been brutal in his last 2 home outings. Between Ginn and the As bullpen, the Tigers should have no issue running up a total here. I’m on the Tigers to bag at least 6.

Aug 24, 2025: Post-Game Recap (+ Nightcap) 😌☕️

August 30, 2025

Good evening, betting friends! Tonight's email is brought to you by my extra large coffee cup ☕️ I have a few things to talk about, so get comfy 😊 First off, today was pretty uneventful – picks hit 2/4, and player props hit 2/4! I will say that every single one of our props was plus money, so prop bettors, you came out of the evening pretty even. For those curious, here's what we had:

Picks (2/4)

-BOS Red Sox v NY Yankees Over 8.5 (-115) ✅

-BAL Orioles ML (-130) ✅

-BAL Orioles Team Total Over 4.5 (-110) ❌

-WAS Nationals v PHI Phillies Over 9.0 (-120) ❌

Props (2/4)

-TOR Blue Jays v MIA Marlins: Kevin Gausman Over 5.5 Strikeouts (+120) ✅

-HOU Astros v BAL Orioles: Gunner Henderson Over 1.5 Total Bases (+110) ✅

-KC Royals v DET Tigers: Kerry Carpenter Over 1.5 Total Bases (+105) ❌

-HOU Astros v BAL Orioles: Colton Cowser Over 1.5 Total Bases (+145) ❌

I have to say... I'm absolutely choked that Pick of the Day didn't hit. What is it with these typically abysmal pitchers waking up and deciding to channel their inner Cy Young? This one should've been free money in my opinion – not no money at all 😂 Oh well – tomorrow's a new day.

On a fun note, the BELLE'S PICKS APP will be up and out just in time for NFL season! Holy hell, I'm so excited. 🤩🏈 Keep an eye on your inbox, I'll have an App store link out the door for everyone late next week.

By downloading the app, you'll receive push notifications to your device whenever new picks, props & parlays post! I've also put a few other fun things in there as well 😉

Alright friends, that's all for now! As always, I'll see you all bright and early to conquer the books.

X

Belle

Aug 24, 2025: Belle's Picks, Player Props & Parlays (Premium) ⚾️

August 24, 2025

Today's Picks

-BAL Orioles Team Total Over 4.5 (-110) | 0.5 Units

-BAL Orioles ML (-130) | 0.25 Units

-WAS Nationals v PHI Phillies Over 9.0 (-120) | 0.25 Units

-BOS Red Sox v NY Yankees Over 8.5 (-115) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

HOU Astros v BAL Orioles: The Orioles and the Astros have cashed the Over in all 3 games of this series so far; with the Astros having won 3/4, Baltimore will be eager to avoid a sweep. Today, they come to the mound with a substantial pitching advantage (Trevor Rogers, 1.41 ERA). Meanwhile, Spencer Arrighetti’s (6.94 ERA) last 4 straight starts have resulted in a loss for the Astros, and in all of those losses, Houston’s opponents managed to get at least 6 runs on the board. My money’s on the Orioles to follow suit today and put at least 5 in the bag.

WAS Nationals v PHI Phillies: This is a high-scoring affair in my mind, friends. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but Phillies starter Ranger Suarez (3.25 ERA) has been melting far earlier than usual lately. I know Philly will have little to no issue getting runs past Washington starter Jake Irvin (5.30 ERA), but Suarez has allowed 13 runs in just his last 3 starts. The Nationals might take advantage of the starter’s rough patch and get more than a few on the board here. My money’s on the Over to cash.

BOS Red Sox v NY Yankees: I think this total falls just on the other side of 9, friends. These two squads have cashed the Over in 2 of the 3 games in this series so far, and after watching a number of careless plays by the NY defense in yesterday’s encounter, it’s not hard to see why. Yankees pitcher Carlos Rodon (3.24 ERA) has been more than solid as of late, but 3 of his last 4 outings have seen high totals. In addition, Boston has put 19 runs on the board in just their last 3 games. I’ll take the Over here.

August 23, 2025

Today's Picks

-KC Royals v DET Tigers Over 8.5 (-110) | 0.5 Units

-KC Royals ML (+105) | 0.25 Units

-WAS Nationals v PHI Phillies Over 10.0 (-110) | 0.5 Units

-COL Rockies v PIT Pirates Over 8.0 (-110) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

KC Royals v DET Tigers: It looks like Chris Paddack (5.10 ERA) will start for Detroit this evening, friends. I’m a big advocate of the Over on this game – Paddock has allowed 13 runs on 18 hits in just his last 3 starts. On the other side, Michael Wacha has been great lately; the Royals have won his last 5 straight starts, but the Over has cashed in both of his last 2 road outings. Wth the Tigers offense seemingly finding their footing again (they’ve cashed the Over in 5 of their last 6 games…) I say this encounter sees at least 9 runs. In addition, I'll throw a sprinkle on the underdog to pull off a victory.

WAS Nationals v PHI Phillies: This game total should land on the moon. Phillies starter Aaron Nola (6.92 ERA) has allowed 19 runs in just his last 3 starts – and as a result, I think this victory is either team’s to claim. On the other side, Nationals starter Mitchell Parker (5.83 ERA) has allowed 15 runs in his last 3 outings. I’m whole-heartedly on the Over here, so much so that it’s basically “Pick of the Day 2”. I’ll toss a nice chunk of change on this one and make it another half unit play.

COL Rockies v PIT Pirates: The Pirates are undoubtedly their best selves at home – and the Rockies are typically at their worst…well, all the time? Ha ha – I kid (sort of)! That said, 4 of Mike Burrows’ (4.46 ERA) last 5 starts have resulted in a loss for Pittsburgh; I’m not super confident that Colorado will just roll over here. To boot, the Over has cashed in the last 5 straight meetings between these two teams, and 8 runs is incredibly attainable should one pitcher [very likely] decide to melt early on. My money’s on another high-scoring affair here, betting fam.
