Milwaukee has scored 43 runs over their last 4 outings, and it looks like Pittsburgh is playing a bullpen game today. To boot, at just 3-7, Brewers starter Chad Patrick (3.50 ERA) has allowed 9 ERs over his last 2 starts. I’m on the Over to cash in spades here, friends.
ARI Diamondbacks v CHI White Sox: The Chicago White Sox are oddly good at putting runs on the board at home. With Eduardo Rodriguez (5.93 ERA) on the mound today for the Diamondbacks, I have a feeling they’ll contribute more than enough to push this game total Over 9.0. Yes, I know the Arizona offense was a total no-show yesterday (against the Rockies, no less…), but Chicago starter Shane Smith (2.85 ERA) allowed 5 runs in his last outing – I’m fairly confident that the Diamondbacks will be able to pull off a similar milestone against him (if not better). I’m on the Over to hit.
SEA Mariners v MIN Twins: The Twins have been abysmal over the last few weeks. Having won a mere 3 of their last 16 games, it makes no sense to back Minnesota at this point. Bailey Ober's (4.54 ERA) last 5 starts all resulted in losses for the Twins. In addition, 5 of Seattle’s last 6 wins have all been by at least 2 runs, and those same 5 games saw the Mariners bag at least 5 runs. With Bryan Woo (3.12 ERA) on the mound, I’m on the Mariners to cover the RL and to put at least 5 on the board today, betting fam.
