CHA Hornets v BOS Celtics: The Celtics have been playing exceptional basketball lately. Not only have they won 6 of their last 7 games, but they’ve also covered in 4 of their last 5 outings at home against some formidable squads (including a 10-point victory over the OKC Thunder). While I love how tonight’s visitors have looked this season, the Hornets lost by 15 to Boston just last week in Charlotte. My money’s on the Celtics to win by at least 5 here, friends. As for the total, only 1 of the last 5 meetings between these teams has managed to make it into 220+ territory – I’ll toss a sprinkle on the Under to cash.

CHI Bulls v WAS Wizards: Both of these teams have been atrocious. Full stop. Chicago has allowed their opponents to put at least 120 points on the board in each of their last 8 game, while the Wizards have allowed their competitors to do the same in their last 6. This matchup is going to be ugly, I’ll level with you – but Washington is better at home and the Bulls have been brutal on the road. I’ll take the Wizards to cover here.

FLA Panthers v MTL Canadiens: The Panthers have seen 3 of their las 4 outings cash the Over, while Montreal has bagged at least 3 goals in 5 of their last 6 games. Call me crazy, but I have a sneaking suspicion this game sees something ridiculous like 8+ goals. Take the Over to hit.

EDM Oilers v UTA Mammoth: This matchup is the newest addition to my list of high-scoring favourites. The Oilers and the Mammoth have cashed the Over in 4 of their last 5 meetings, and Utah’s last 6 straight games have seen at least 7 goals. The writing seems to be on the wall with this one; I’ve gotta hop the Over to hit here.
