POR Trail Blazers v DEN Nuggets: Over the years, this has come to be one of my all-time favourite high-scoring matchup, friends. Portland has won 5 of their last 6 games; I think they’ll hang around long enough here to see the final score pass 238. In addition, we all know that the Nuggets have little to no issue putting points on the board at home. With Denver having scored at least 130 in 4 of their last 5 games and their last meeting with the Trail Blazers falling just North of tonight’s projection, I’ve gotta put my money on the Over to hit this evening.

PHI 76ers v SA Spurs: The Spurs’ last encounter with the 76ers on March 3 saw San Antonio win by 40+ in Philadelphia. Granted, the Sixers are now fully healthy, but the Spurs are a far too well-oiled machine at this point for that to yield massive results in my opinion. Philly being a full squad again might keep them from getting stomped by 40 points, but at this stage I think it’s a far cry from keeping this game within a mere 4 baskets. I’m on the Spurs to cover.

TB Lightning v BUF Sabres: The Lightning have put 9 goals in the bag over just their last two games, and they’ve won 4 of their last 5. In addition, 3 of the last 4 Buffalo home games have seen 7 goals. While I haven’t loved the Sabres’ offense over their last couple of road games, I do think they’ll pull it together here at home. To boot, all of their meetings with Tampa Bay this season have cashed the Over. My money’s on a high-scoring affair, friends.
