MIL Bucks v MIA Heat: Miami has won 8 of their last 10 games, and their last 6 straight by at least 8 points – I’m not in a rush to bet against them at home. In addition, they’ve put 120 points on the board in each of their last 5 outings. On the other side, not only have the Bucks dropped 6 of their last 7 outings, but they didn’t cover the spread in any of those losses, and seem to have a tough time cracking 100 points these days. I’m on the Heat to cover this evening.

ANA Ducks v TOR Maple Leafs: The Ducks have won 3 of their last 4 games against far better teams than the Maple Leafs. I hate to say it, but Toronto is looking tragic. The Leafs have lost their last 8 straight games, most of which were by multiple goals. It’s Anaheim or nothing for me – I’m on the Ducks to win.

WAS Capitals v BUF Sabres: This pick is quite simple, friends – the Sabres pay. Buffalo has won their last 8 straight games, and tonight, they’re both rested and at home. Meanwhile, their visitors have lost 4 of their last 5 against far lesser teams, and 3 of those 4 losses were by multiple goals. Washington will also play this encounter on a back-to-back. Give me the Sabres cover the PL.

CAL Flames v NJ Devils: This is a very reasonable price for the Devils at home, especially since Calgary isn’t known this season for being great on the road. New Jersey is heating up having won 4 of their last 5 games, and Calgary continues to drive the struggle bus having lost 6 of their last 7. My money’s on the Devils to bag a win in regulation.
