With Braves starter Spencer Strider having allowed a ridiculous 20 runs in his last 3 outings, I simply have to take the Over to cash, betting family. I'll also toss a sprinkle on the Marlins to put at least 4 runs on the board.
LA Angels v TEX Rangers: Good as starter Jacob deGrom (2.76 ERA) is, 4 of his last 5 outings have see at least 7 runs. On the other side, Jose Soriano (4.00 ERA) has given up 12 runs across his last 3 outings. Worst case I say we get the push here – but my money's on the Over to cash.
DET Tigers v The Athletics: I’m rolling with the plus money return here, friends. I don’t expect the home squad to get much past Tarik Skubal (2.32 ERA), and Detroit has put at least 8 runs on the board in 3 of their last 4 encounters with the As. In addition, starter J.T. Ginn (4.95 ERA) has been brutal in his last 2 home outings. Between Ginn and the As bullpen, the Tigers should have no issue running up a total here. I’m on the Tigers to bag at least 6.
