On the other side, 3 of Washington starter Mitchell Parker’s (4.63 ERA) last 4 outings have seen game totals of at least 11 runs. And lastly, the Nationals’ last 7 straight games have seen final totals of at least 11. My money’s on the Over to cash in spades here.
