I can’t believe I’m saying this, but the Jets are currently the worst team in the NHL. And, not only has Winnipeg lost 4 of their last 5 meetings with Los Angeles, but they’ll also be playing this encounter on the tail end of a back-to-back. Having gone 11 straight games without a win (oof…) I just can’t bring myself to put money on the Jets in their current from. Now to be fair, Los Angeles hasn’t been anything to write home about either, but they’ve won 2 of their last 3 games – both victories being over the very capable Minnesota Wild. Give me the Kings to bag a win in regulation on the road for a nice return.
