Dallas has allowed at least 34 points in their last 3 straight games, and Washington has allowed at least 21 in their last 4. The only thing either team is playing for at this point is pride, and on Christmas Day, I think that will be more than enough incentive for both offenses to play their asses off. HOU Rockets v LA Lakers: This pick comes down to one thing, friends ā and itās that I donāt trust the Lakers defense. LAās last 5 losses have all been by double digits, so if you think Houston grabs a win here, Iād take the incredibly reasonable spread of -2.5. I imagine itās only so reasonable because the Rockets have lost 4 of their last 5 outings, but theyāre still far and away the better squad. I'm on the visitors to cover.
