ATL Braves v CIN Reds: Both of these squads cashed the Over by themselves yesterday, and the starting pitchers (on paper, at least…) were a lot stronger. With Brady Singer (4.60 ERA) & Bryce Elder (6.29 ERA) on the mound today, I think this game sees at least 10 runs. I’m on the Over for plus money here.
MIL Brewers v WAS Nationals: Milwaukee starter Jose Quintana (3.50 ERA) is the better starting arm in this encounter, and I just can’t imagine that the Brewers offense won’t run up a total on the Washington bullpen. The Nationals have lost their last 3 meetings with Milwaukee, and the Brewers scored at least 6 runs in all 3 of those games. To boot, the Over has cashed in 7 of the last 8 games between these two squads. I will say, great as Quintana is, he’s also allowed 4 HRs in his last 2 outings – I do think the Nats will get a few past Milwaukee here. My money’s on the Over to cash today, as well as on Milwaukee's Team Total Over to hit, friends.
ARI Diamondbacks v The Athletics: I’ve given up on the Diamondbacks for the season, friends. At the time of writing, Arizona has no pitcher listed, so I’m going to assume they’re playing a bullpen game this evening. And if not – I still think The Athletics run the show here and put at least 5 in the bag. The Diamondbacks have also lost their last 5 straight outings by at least 2. I’m putting a sprinkle on the As to cover the RL for a whopping +165.
