Aug 3, 2025: Belle's Picks & Player Props ⚾️

August 3, 2025

Today's Picks

-MIL Brewers Team Total Over 4.5 (-125) | 0.25 Units

-MIL Brewers -1.5 (+105) | 0.25 Units

-MIL Brewers v WAS Nationals Over 8.5 (-120) | 0.5 Units

-STL Cardinals v SD Padres Over 8.0 (-120) | 0.25 Units

-PHI Phillies Team Total Over 4.5 (-115) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

MIL Brewers v WAS Nationals: Brad Lord will kick things off for the Nationals – and as a Relief Pitcher, I imagine he’ll only pitch a limited number of innings (though his last 2 outings saw him go a good 4 or 5 IP!) In any case, the Nationals bullpen continues to be the team’s biggest weakness. As they have in the last 2 games of this series, I fully expect the Brewers offense to run all over Washington. Pitcher Logan Henderson (1.71 ERA) will fill in for Jacob Misiorowski this afternoon; and while Henderson hasn’t pitched since May, the man is a flawless 3-0 having won all of his starts this season. There are plenty of picks to be made for this game, friends – I’m going with the Over to cash, the Brewers Team Total Over to hit, and lastly, I’ll roll the dice on Milwaukee to get the sweep and cover the RL.

STL Cardinals v SD Padres: Between Andre Pallante & Dylan Cease, this total should see well over 8 runs. Pallante is an auto-fade for me to begin with, but Cease also hasn’t been at his best having allowed 7 runs over his last 2 starts. I’ll happily take the Over to hit, here.

DET Tigers v PHI Phillies: With the home advantage and starter Christopher Sanchez (2.55 ERA) on the mound, the Phillies will have no issue scoring here. Former Orioles starter Charlie Morton (5.42 ERA) is now pitching for the Detroit Tigers, and with an Away ERA of 6.39 on the road, I like Phillies’ odds. My money’s on the home squad to put at least 5 runs on the board.

Aug 3, 2025: Belle's Pick of the Day 🛎️

August 3, 2025

-MIL Brewers v WAS Nationals Over 8.5 (-120) | 0.5 Units

There are plenty of picks to be made for this game, friends – but I’ll roll with the Over to cash for ‘Pick of the Day’.

Aug 2, 2025: Belle's Picks, Player Props & Parlays ⚾️

August 2, 2025

Today's Picks

-The Athletics ML (-115) | 0.5 Units

-ARI Diamondbacks v The Athletics Under 10.0 (-105) | 0.25 Units

-MIL Brewers -1.5 (-115) | 0.25 Units

-KC Royals ML (+120) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

ARI Diamondbacks v The Athletics: As I’m sure I’ve stated a few times over the last two weeks now, I’ve given up on the Diamondbacks offense, friends. In addition, Arizona starter Zac Gallen (5.60 ERA) has allowed a staggering 16 runs in just his last 3 outings. If you’re looking to make a comparison (and you should be…), Athletics starter J.T. Ginn (3.89 ERA) has allowed a mere 2 runs over his last 3 starts. Having won 7 of their last 8 games, my money’s on the home team to bag another win over their opponent here, and on the Under to cash.

MIL Brewers v WAS Nationals: The Nationals bullpen is God-awful, friends. The reality is that no matter how many runs Washington puts on the board here, the Brewers should put up infinitely more (especially after the 5th inning). Comically, Jake Irvin (4.69 ERA) is far from Washington’s worst starter – but Milwaukee’s Brandon Woodruff (2.01 ERA) is an immaculate 2-0 with a 0.75 Away ERA. I’ll take the Brewers to cover the RL.

KC Royals v TOR Blue Jays: This might be an unpopular opinion, but I think the Royals bag a win here. I love starter Noah Cameron (2.44 ERA) – for the most part, he’s been solid on the mound having allowed just 6 runs over his last 5 starts. On the other side, the Blue Jays have only won 1 of their last 6 games, and starter Max Scherzer (4.89 ERA) has allowed 10 runs over his last 3 starts. I’m on Kansas City to pull off a victory here for plus money.

Aug 1, 2025: Picks Hit 4/5 🤩💸 + Post-Game Recap ☕️

August 1, 2025

LFG, friends! Holy, did we ever make a bag of cash tonight 💰🐮4/5 of our picks hit, including Pick of the Day. For those curious, here's what we had:

Picks (4/5)

-MIL Brewers Team Total Over 4.5 (-120) ✅

-MIL Brewers v WAS Nationals Over 8.5 (-115) ✅

-The Athletics Team Total Over 4.5 (-125) ✅

-The Athletics -1.5 (+165) ✅

-ATL Braves v CIN Reds Over 9.5 (+100) ❌

---

I have to tell you, I almost didn't include The Athletics -1.5 pick in today's list – but man, am I glad I did! +165 is a banger return; a huge congrats if you played it.

I also put half a unit on both the Brewers Team Total, as well as another half on Pick of the Day – so this evening's haul was extra sizeable 👊🏽

Tonight's props & parlay were a bust – but I'm not even mad; picks paid out handsomely! 😂

I will say...I was CHOKED when the Braves intentionally walked Elly De La Cruz on that last AB – an absolute prop killer! Oh well, on to the next...

This was a great night, betting family! Enjoy your wins – and as always, I'll see you all bright and early to beat the books ;)

X
